01 / Concept & Context
The 8th-floor restaurant space at La Terrazza Hotel required an artistic anchor to elevate the dining experience and echo the sophisticated rooftop ambience. The installation had to cover a large 14m² vertical surface visible through architectural glass partitions without overwhelming the floor layout.
02 / Execution & Strategy
Over 17 working days, a four-piece jazz band (upright bass, saxophone, drums, conductor/percussion) was constructed using sweeping geometric planes and layered earth tones. Working on scaffolding, the canvas was mapped with foundational line art, layered with warm sepia brushwork for background depth, and finished with sharp black and vibrant red accents.
