01 / Concept & Context
Lucky's Custom Homes, a custom home builder based in Southern New Mexico, needed a brand identity that felt warm, trustworthy, and distinctly tied to its desert southwest environment. Competitors in the regional market tended to lean either toward high-end luxury or stark simplicity. The challenge was creating a balanced, versatile brand mark that prominently featured the "Lucky" concept while maintaining professional credibility and echoing the region's earthy tones and architectural character.

02 / Execution & Strategy
We created a minimalist combination logo featuring a stylized line-art shamrock paired with clean, bold typography (Montserrat). To reflect the surrounding desert landscape, we engineered a warm, regional palette consisting of Terracotta (#E2725B), Desert Beige (#F5E6CC), Muted Shamrock Green (#4CAF50), and Charcoal (#333333). Optical alignment grids were established to ensure logo balance across print collateral and physical job-site signage, while photographic overlays and print collateral mockups were developed to integrate the mark seamlessly onto stationery and property visuals.
